Paolo Goi is an expert chemist and Technical Director for Comfort Zone and Davines, the skin and hair care brands of the Davines Group, a certified B Corporation committed to creating regenerative solutions through beauty, ethics and sustainability. He has a long experience in cosmetics formulation and in his 10-year career within the company, he has successfully contributed to many product launches, from the creation of the Scientific Garden, the amazing Group’s open-air lab in Parma, to the very recent partnership with the Rodale group to foster regenerative agriculture. His mission is to guide the internal team of scientists and formulators to ensure innovation and top performance, while matching the highest standards of sustainability and quality.
