Katinka Jung studied Biology in Florence, Italy and holds a Ph.D. in microbiology and physical chemistry. She is cofounder of Gematria Test Lab GmbH in 2006, having profound expertise in Electron Spin Resonance (ESR) Spectroscopy, with more than 20 ESR related papers.

Gematria started to develop ESR solutions in terms of antioxidative and anti-radical performance of products in the field of cosmetics, food, and pharmaceuticals. Relevant topics are selection and optimization of raw materials as well as development of finished products.
