Francisco Fernández Palacio is International Technical Manager at CLR Berlin, where he leads the technical support for customers and distributors across diverse regions, including Spain, South Africa, Latin America, Italy, the Middle East, Turkey, and India. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from the University of Zaragoza, a Master’s in Molecular Inorganic Chemistry from the Autonomous University of Madrid, and a PhD in Materials Engineering from the Polytechnic di Milano. With a strong background and expertise in cosmetic active ingredients, Francisco has been a key member of the CLR Berlin team since December 2019.
