Ernst has an Diploma in Polymer and Organic Chemistry and an PhD from University Konstanz. He holds different positions in Sales, Product Management, Global Key Account Management, New Business Development, Merger & Acquisition and Regulatory Affairs. Before he was joining DSM Nutritional Products he worked at ICI Surfactant and Roche Vitamins. Today he is Group leader for Personal Care and Aroma Chemicals at DSM Nutritional Products in the Global Regulatory Affairs and Quality Department. He is also active in different Industry Associations of Personal Care
and Aroma Chemicals. At EFfCI he holds the chair of the Working Group international relationship.
