Biography

Elisabetta Ronchi is currently Head of the Skin Care Competence Center and Regional Application Technology Laboratory at Zschimmer & Schwarz. In her global role, she leads innovation strategy and technical development for skin care, while regionally supporting application technology across the SEMEA and LATAM markets. With over a decade of experience in cosmetic R&D, she has developed expertise in formulation, process optimization, and cross-functional project coordination across skin care, hair care, and makeup categories. Previously, she held senior positions at Intercos Group, coordinating innovation projects and leading teams across Italy and Switzerland. Elisabetta holds a PhD in Chemical Science and a Master’s degree in Materials Science from the University of Milano-Bicocca. She also contributed as a lecturer in cosmetic product science at the University of Milan. Her approach combines scientific precision with practical innovation to deliver high-performance, consumer-focused solutions.
