With a background in sales and marketing, Ms. Ferraro combines strong communication skills with a deep interest in product innovation and consumer shifts. She holds a Master’s degree in Marketing and Communication focused on the beauty and wellness sector from Università IULM in Milan. Originally from Italy and fluent in English and Italian, she brings a dynamic, globally informed perspective to her work and regularly contributes to industry dialogues across the region.
