Biography

Elena is responsible for IFF Scent Sustainable Business Development since June 2022. She is globally responsible to create and drive the Scent sustainability agenda, leading a science-driven scent transformation for positive impact.

Elena holds a MA (hons) in Economics from the University of Edinburgh, a Business Sustainability Development Management Degree from the University of Cambridge and a Sustainable Business Development Degree from the WBCSD (IMD and Yale).
