Attività di reporting microplastiche

IT: La restrizione sulle microplastiche, oltre a introdurre divieti, deroghe e periodi di transizione, stabilisce anche obblighi informativi lungo la filiera e verso l’ECHA. L’attività di reporting prevede la comunicazione a ECHA delle emissioni stimate nell’ambiente per anno di microplastiche. Questa attività rappresenta una nuova area di attenzione per le aziende che producono e/o formulano ingredienti cosmetici, le quali sono chiamate ad integrare requisiti normativi, dati tecnici e trasparenza lungo la filiera. L’obiettivo dell’intervento sarà quello di fornire un quadro pratico.

ENG: The restriction on microplastics, in addition to introducing bans, exemptions and transition periods, also establishes information obligations throughout the supply chain and towards ECHA. Reporting activities require companies to communicate to ECHA the estimated annual emissions of microplastics into the environment. This represents a new area of focus for companies that produce and or formulate cosmetic ingredients, which are required to integrate regulatory requirements, technical data and transparency throughout the supply chain. The aim of the presentation will be to provide a practical overview.
