Biomodulation stimuli of dermal skin cells, and In situ Observations and In Vivo Objectivation of improvement of skin
Time: 11:30 - 11:50
Date: Day 2
Theatre: Arena Seminari Liv.0
In Situ observation of dermal cells has been experienced now for over 7 years at out In Vivo Laboratory. Two types of Double Laser Confocal Microscopes
( DLCM) have been utilized, one with a scope of investigation of 300 microns depth from point zero, and the second with a depth of 700 microns , to the initial layers of the Hypoderm.
In Situ observation permit to evaluate base biomodulation, as microcirculation, increase in Collagen network density, dermal-Epidermal junction, capillary distribution network , dermal cells volumes. In Vivo test results are gathered to give more objective numbers to the live visual In Situ observations. An example of the In Vivo results in a SEM/Edx test method , on Delta D ( depth ) and Delta W ( width) are high visual reduction levels of wrinkles versus market leader in the market place from the US to Japan.
A new test method based on live cell In Situ observation allows to see effective solution not imagined before.
