Kobo’s response to these demands is the new ASGP, a natural origin, hydrophobic surface
treatment that enables full dispersion of pigments into formulations with use of only a mixer
without the need for milling. Superior dispersibility (compared to widely used synthetic
alternatives) facilitates fast and uniform color development in all types of oily emollients.
Another advantage is the very low dispersion viscosity relative to other available surface
treatments,which results in the possibility of obtaining premium textures even in very highly
pigmented formulas.
