Deimos Cosmetics is the Deimos business unit dedicated to the distribution of raw materials and ingredients for cosmetics and hair colouring. Our mission is to deliver solutions that anticipate market trends while meeting the highest standards of performance, quality and sustainability.

With a strongly customer-focused approach, we connect leading international partners with the technical and scientific expertise our team has built over years of hands-on experience, offering formulators and B2C companies qualified, personalised support in the development of skincare, haircare and hair colouring solutions.

At the heart of our work is our in-house application laboratory: an R&D hub where ingredients are tested, optimised and translated into prototypes and formulations tailored to each project's specific requirements.

The integration of Variati S.p.A. (a long-standing Italian leader in cosmetic raw material distribution) has significantly strengthened our portfolio and technical depth, adding the Variati Specialties range of natural ingredients, widely recognised in the sector for their reliability and quality.

Since October 2025, Deimos and Variati are part of SIDG – Specialty Ingredients Distribution Group, a European strategic alliance for the life sciences and specialty ingredients market, combining local expertise with an international perspective, and opening a new chapter built on innovation, quality and flexibility.

Deimos Cosmetics è la Business Unit di Deimos dedicata alla distribuzione di materie prime e ingredienti per la cosmetica e la colorazione per capelli, ha l’obiettivo di sviluppare soluzioni capaci di anticipare i trend di mercato e rispondere ai più elevati requisiti di performance, qualità e sostenibilità. Con un approccio fortemente orientato al cliente, integra partner internazionali di valore con una competenza tecnico-scientifica consolidata nel tempo, offrendo un supporto applicativo qualificato e personalizzato a formulatori e aziende B2C nello sviluppo di soluzioni per skin care, hair care e hair coloring.
Il laboratorio applicativo interno è il fulcro delle attività di Ricerca & Sviluppo, dove gli ingredienti vengono testati, valorizzati e tradotti in prototipi e formulazioni in base alle specifiche esigenze progettuali.

La recente integrazione di Variati S.p.A., storica realtà italiana di riferimento nella distribuzione di materie prime cosmetiche, ha ulteriormente rafforzato il portafoglio e le competenze tecniche, integrando la gamma di ingredienti naturali “Variati Specialties”, riconosciuta nel settore per affidabilità e valore.

Da ottobre 2025, Deimos e Variati fanno parte di SIDG – Specialty Ingredients Distribution Group, alleanza strategica europea specializzata nella distribuzione per il mercato Life Sciences e specifici settori industriali, consolidando la presenza internazionale di Deimos e una nuova fase di sviluppo fondata su innovazione, qualità e flessibilità.
