She is the CEO, General Manager and co-founder of DemBiotech®. Graduated in Pharmacy at the University of Padua, she has over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector, from Business Development to strategic marketing in multinationals like GSK. Until June 2016, she was CEO of IRB SpA (Istituto di Ricerche Biotecnologiche), a biotech company she launched in 2009 as General Manager and acquired by Croda Int in 2012. She is the developer of 12 patents. And in her second mandate as a member of the Board of Directors of Assobiotec-Federchimica where she is also the Coordinator of the Communication Group. She is a member of the academic committee at the University of Medical Biotechnology in Modena and Scientific Committee of Bioinnova Cluster (Biological Cluster in Veneto Region).
