How do I register to attend the event?

Admission to the event is free. You can register online via the link on our website. Registration will open a few months before the event. If you encounter any difficulties during the registration process, please contact our customer service team for assistance at supportoeventi@emme-esse.com 

How much does it cost to attend the event?

Entry to Making Cosmetics and in-Vitality is free although we do require visitors to register in advance on the link provided on our website.

Can I attend both Making Cosmetics and in-Vitality with a single registration?

Yes! Your badge grants you access to both Making Cosmetics and in-Vitality, regardless of which event you registered for. You can print your badge at home in advance or use the self-service badge printing stations available on-site upon arrival.

What are the show dates and opening hours?

  • 25 November 2026 – 08:00 – 18:00
  • 26 November 2026 – 09:00 – 17:30

I am a member of the media; how do I register to attend?

We do not issue press badges. Media partners should contact us directly; all other media representatives are welcome to register as visitors via our website. 

I am a student; can I attend your event for free?

Yes! Entry to the event is free for all visitors, including students. We highly encourage students to explore the full range of seminars, conferences, features and awards across Making Cosmetics and in-Vitality.

Please note that the event is open to visitors aged 16 and over. Entry for under-16s is not permitted unless prior approval has been granted by the organisers.

How do I amend the details on my badge? / I have not received my badge. What should I do?

For any badge-related queries, including amendments or non-receipt, please contact our customer services team at supportoeventi@emme-esse.com We strongly recommend carefully checking all your details before completing your registration, as each registration is unique and linked to a single email address.

I am a visitor but I will need a visa letter to attend. Can you help?

As this is a free-to-attend event, we are unfortunately unable to provide visa support letters to visitors. 

How do I get to the event?

The event is held at Allianz MiCo – Milano Convention Centre, Gates 4 & 5, Viale L. Scarampo, Milano.

The nearest metro stops are Portello (M5 – purple line) and Lotto (M1 – red line / M5 – purple line), both within walking distance of the venue and indicated Gates.

Nearby public parking is available at Parking Portello and CityLife Parking. Please note that these are public car parks and are likely to be busy during the event, so we recommend arriving by public transport where possible.

Is there Wi-Fi available at the event?

The Allianz MiCo is equipped with Wi‑Fi. However due to the high volume of attendees the quality of the connection may vary.

Where can I see a full list of event exhibitors?

You can view the complete list of companies exhibiting at the event on our Exhibitors page.

How do I find my way around the event?

Upon arrival, you will receive a Show Guide containing a printed floorplan as well as full event information, including the agenda. A large printed floorplan will also be displayed on-site, featuring a QR code which you can scan to access a digital version of the floorplan on your personal device.

Where can I find out the details of what is happening at the event?

A complete schedule of the event, including of our conference programme and awards ceremonies, can be found on our website. Further details on features will also be available in the Show Guide, which will be handed out on arrival.

Will there be cloakroom services for me to use?

Yes, cloakroom facilities are available at each entry gate, close to the registration area.

How can I become an exhibitor?

We would be delighted to welcome you to Making Cosmetics & in-Vitality! To find out more about exhibiting, please get in touch with our sales team via the contact us option on the menu and we will be happy to discuss the best options to suit your needs. 

Where can I see a full list of exhibitors attending the event?

The full list of exhibitors is available on our website; simply select the ‘Exhibitors’ section from the main menu. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to share this information via any other channels or methods.

When does the build-up of the event start, and how long do I have to break down our stand?

Please consult your Exhibitor Manual for all logistical details of the event including building and dismantling times and details. The manual would have been shared with you via email in spring 2026 and can also be downloaded from the Exhibitor Portal and Exhibitor InfoPoint. Both the organisers and the venue customer service emails are available for any additional questions or clarifications you might have.

Where is my stand?

Please check your contract, the shared floorplan and any subsequent communications for your exact stand position. For any additional questions and clarifications on this, please contact your sales representative. Latest floorplans can be made available upon request to the organisers and can also be found on the Exhibitor InfoPoint. 

What is included in my stand?

Full details of what is included in your stand, based on your booking type, can be found in your Cover Letter (sent with your contract) and in the Exhibitor Manual. If you are unsure about any of this information, please speak with your Sales representative who will be happy to answer any questions you might have.

For assistance with your stand design, please contact the venue customer service team through the contact found in your Exhibitor Manual.

Where do I find the Exhibitor Manual?

The Exhibitor Manual was sent out to all exhibitors on our mailing list. If you have not received it or require another copy, please contact us and we will be happy to provide one. It can also be downloaded from the Exhibitor Portal. 

How do I access the Exhibitor Portal and what do I do if I have difficulties?

Once live, the Exhibitor Portal is available to main stand holders who have signed and returned their contracts. You can access the portal via the link included in the Exhibitor Manual. You can grant access to individuals responsible for managing your participation by sharing your unique access details as communicated to you by Fiera Milano.

If you experience any difficulties accessing the portal, please contact the MiCo customer services team for assistance through the contacts found in your Exhibitor Manual.

How can I register sharers (co-exhibitors) on my stand?

You can register stand sharers via the form found on the Exhibitor Infopoint. For 2026, we have introduced a single unified form for both Making Cosmetics & in-Vitality. Please complete one form per sharer and send it to the organisers through the indicated contact. 

I need to speak with someone about my invoice and/or paying for my stand. Who should I speak to?

In the first instance, please contact the event organisers and/or your sales representative, who will liaise with the relevant teams and ensure your enquiry is directed to the appropriate person.

I would like to order some furniture for my stand, who should I speak to?

Furniture can be ordered directly through the Exhibitor Portal. If you are exhibiting with a shell scheme, please check your Cover Letter to confirm what is already included in your stand package before placing any additional orders. For specific requests not available through the portal, please contact the MiCo customer services team

I need to order electricity for my stand, who should I speak to?

Electricity can be ordered directly through the Exhibitor Portal. Please check your Cover Letter to confirm what is already included in your package before placing any additional orders. Please note that all stands are equipped with an electrical line of up to 3kW. Exhibitors on a shell scheme package will also have access to an electrical line with multiple sockets, up to 3kW.

I would like to arrange catering for my stand, who should I speak to?

Food and beverage orders can be placed directly through the Exhibitor Portal by selecting “Catering Service.” Exhibitors wishing to use an external catering company are welcome to do so. Please consult the Exhibitor Manual for full details. 

Are there any stand build restrictions that my contractor needs to know about?

All stand building restrictions and regulations can be found in the Exhibitor Manual. Exhibitors who have opted for a space-only solution will also receive the Allianz MiCo Technical Regulations, which should be consulted alongside the manual.

I am onsite and need to speak to someone about my stand, where do I go?

Support is available from the following teams on-site:

  • MiCo customer service and operations team — available throughout the event
  • Official contractors — contact details can be found in the Exhibitor Manual
  • Sales and Marketing team — present on-site throughout the event

Can I arrange deliveries to the venue?

Complete delivery information, including dates, times, and shipping instructions, can be found in the Exhibitor Manual.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Parking passes can be purchased directly through the Exhibitor Portal, subject to availability. Should spaces sell out, additional parking is available in the immediate vicinity of the venue.

Is there storage space available at the venue?

All storage options and requirements can be found in the Exhibitor Manual.

How do I register exhibitor badges and stand personnel for the event?

Full instructions on registering your stand personnel will be communicated to you in due course. Please ensure all stand personnel are registered in advance and bring their printed badges to the event.

Do I need to print my badge at home?

We encourage all exhibitors and stand personnel to print their badges in advance to help speed up entry to the venue. However, if you are unable to do so, badge printing stations will also be available on-site upon arrival.

How do I amend my badge details, resend my badge, or get help with the registration system?

For any badge-related queries — including amendments, resending your badge, or difficulties with the registration system — please contact the registration customer service email supportoeventi@emme-esse.com
