MAPIC - The Group of raw materials for cosmetic industry and additives for cosmetic and pharmaceutical industry was born in 2001. It is one of the sector Groups of Federchimica (the National Federation of the chemical industry). At the European level Mapic is member of EFfCI. Mapic gathers about 40 companies including suppliers, producers, distributors of the cosmetic ingredients and service companies addressed to the cosmetic industry. Mapic’s mission is to protect the interests its member companies, provide them technical and regulatory information, and represent them with all stakeholders both public authorities, both private organizations.

Mapic - Il Gruppo materie prime per l’industria cosmetica e additivi per l’industria cosmetica e farmaceutica, è nato nel 2001. E’ uno dei Gruppi merceologici di Federchimica – (Federazione Nazionale dell’industria chimica). A livello europeo Mapic è associato ad EFfCI. Mapic raggruppa circa 40 imprese tra cui vi sono imprese fornitrici, produttrici e distributrici di ingredienti cosmetici, e imprese di servizi, sempre rivolti al settore cosmetico. L'obiettivo di Mapic è quello di tutelare gli interessi delle sue imprese associate, fornire loro informazioni tecniche e regolatorie e rappresentarli con tutte le parti interessate, sia le autorità pubbliche, sia le organizzazioni private.
