The marketing point of view: from the claim and the test

The cosmetic market is increasingly competitive, we want to attribute amazing properties to each product in order to sell it better. Marketing has its market needs while the law tries to put order, disciplining claims.

Nowadays a product communication needs to be studied and the proper tests to be carried out must be prevented. The basic question always remains: but are the claims to indicate the tests to be performed or will the tests give us the claims?
